Window oversills from Retrofit Sills Ltd. are very easy to install.

This installation guide will take you through the process of installing retrofit windowsills into existing buildings

Step 1: Remove any dirt, debris, loose paint, algae etc. from old sill with a wire brush.

Step 2: Using a serrated trowel apply an even coat of adhesive over the old sill,   also place adhesive on inside front face of new sill and put into place.

Cut sill with consaw or mini grinder and insert

Step 4: Seal around edges of sill with Polymer MS35 (supplied)

Step 5: Seal where the sill meets window and install beading if required

Step 6: Edging and facing can be done at factory if required

step 7: screw down fixings to be installed at edges

Sills may be cut at any interval and sealed with Polymer MS35
